About the Foundation

MyIBD.org is published by the Foundation for Clinical Research in IBD. The Foundation is a nonprofit organization, incorporated in the state of New York as a 501(c)(3), and governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees.

The Foundation's Mission

Support innovative clinical research projects that could lead to more effective treatment of Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis and their complications.

Encourage young physicians to pursue careers in clinical research and the management of inflammatory bowel disease by funding post-graduate GI fellowships throughout the country.

Support “Advances in IBD” - a national educational program for individuals and families affected by IBD that strives to enhance their knowledge of IBD and current treatments.
